ECOCONUT TOURS INC. EXTENDS ITS CATALOG WITH
EDUCATIONAL ECO-TOURS FOR CEBU SCHOOL STUDENTS, IN
THE PHILIPPINES

Ecoconut Tours Inc. is very much pleased to announce its new educational eco-tours for Cebu school students.
The objectives of these educational eco-tours are to bring to students of preelementary school through high school the opportunity to discover a direct
experience of the interdependence of life and to develop an environmental
consciousness – specifically the protection and preservation of the environment.
One of our goals is also making connections between what we do as individuals, families, communities, and nations – and the impact on the Earth.
The students are prepared for this activity at school, before visiting the Olango Island and exploring the exceptional “Olango Island Wildlife Sanctuary”, where they will be able to observe first-hand the variety of migratory birds.

Ecoconut Tours Inc. is a Tour Operator, located in Cebu, devoted to developing eco and responsible tourism in close cooperation with the local communities and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the Philippines.
The island of Olango constitute an exceptional site, with 920 hectares of natural park having an importance of international recognition (Olango Island Wildlife Sanctuary=OIWS) and 2 marine sanctuaries preserved and protected.Our tour circuits make it possible for our visitors to explore the "OIWS”. Here it is possible to observe migratory birds, participating in activities such as snorkeling in the Marine Sanctuaries, tasting of regional foods, and staying one night in a local family...
