My family would joke that I'm not a maller or an urbanite. They say I am more of the rural type who would rather be in the jungle than it the city :D That's quite true. I never liked the night life much, or the city life. That is why, among us 4 siblings, I'm the only one who never tried to work in Manila. I am a provincial girl and would probably stay this way.
I reckoned that there are still plenty of places here in the Philippines that are considered so laid back but still can promote tourism because of the same concept. There are towns in Quezon Province, Abra, and the Southern part of the Visayas that have the same mood.
Life is all about preferences. I want to be in a laid-back place than anywhere. ;)
