Cebu Pacific is the only airline I've seen who gives atleast 50% discount. I would like to take advantage of their promotions soon:)
Keep a close watch on Cebu Pac's promos. In the past, they offered P10++, P1++ and last Christmas, they offered zero fare (you just pay the tax).
Air Asia normally offers zero fare twice a year.

Before when I was in Boracay, I use to fly with Cebu Pacific. Great flight with smiling cabin crew. Now I will avail this 50% off. The best flight company. Very friendly to peoples budget.
Now I will avail this 50% off.
Booking under this promo was July 22-24.

Just go the cebupacific website and tick the appropriate box for you to ge them alerts.
We should really be thankful we have these budget airlines now. If not for them, I wouldn't have been able to travel around the country and out.

Actually, more and more airlines are offering affordable flights within the Philippines and outside.
We were able to get a really cheap flight to Australia.
Another budget airline in the Philippines is ZestAir. I'm not sure about the service if it's comparable to Cebu Pac.
