I say, we're already aware about the issues about it's sanitation but we have to admit it's still irresistible. =) That's what makes it a street food anyway. hehehe

Yes turon with langka! I also like squid balls paired with sago and gulaman juice. For precautionary measures, buy from vendors who are well groomed or from your "suki".

yup! I definitely agree... Although we already are aware and ready to take the risk of eating street foods, we still need to consider cleanliness. Anyway, there's a lot to choose from. hehe

I'm having my backpay soon... I have been reading about these food carts from the entrepreneur magazine. It seems that this type of business easily booms. But do you think it would really reach that much in a day?

My favorite will have to be fishball. :D But I stopped eating street food after I got a really bad stomach ache. Piece of advice: Choose what you eat. :D I learned it the hard way.

Maybe if the stall is located in a place with high traffic, then it can probably make a lot in a day.

Outside the gate of UST, siomai is being sold as a street food. But I like the kamote sticks sold in asturias. To think about it, Filipinos are so creative when it comes to selling stuff at the streets.

I like kwek dipped in a mixture of vinegar and salt, chicken skin, isaw, dugo, balut.
As a business venture,I think it would require less capital if I start it on my own instead of buying a franchise that offers push carts, uniforms etc. These products are very in demand and I think it will definitely sell in the neighborhood.

I have two favorite street foods: fish balls and banana cue. We were able to buy fish balls from a friend of the family and would have it cooked at home. I have yet to figure out the exact recipe for banana cue though. I figured it involved the use of brown sugar and cooking oil, but that is as far as it goes.
