want to have authentic filipino dishes like kare-kare (ox strips with peanut sauce, crispy crablets, fresh lumpia (spring roll), kuhol, lechon (roasted pig), inihaw (grilled)--try CABALEN now!

they have this ongoing buffet, for only 250 - 399? not sure exactly how much but its less than Php 500 eat all you can already :) without the drink but the drink doesnt cost that much so maybe Php 500/head would do. they also have a different rate for the kids i think??

this are their brances : makati, mandaluyong, quezon city, manila, quezon, and rizal province.

It's actually Php 400.:) Cabalen is also famous for native sausages and other processed meats.

I only eat Kare-Kare everytime we dine in Cabalen. I'm not a fan of veggies or sausages, so I'm stuck with that. What I love about the buffet here is you can make your own halo-halo or saba con yelo. I often skip the main meal and head off to the dessert table right away. :D
