Filipinos love to sing and with this singing came the truly Pinoy pastime called videoke/karaoke. At night, you'll see videoke places filled to the brim with Pinoys belting out their versions of Sinatra's "My Way" or the Spice Girls' "Two Become One". In fact, videoke/karaoke singing has currently become one of the Philippines' best export products with the invention of the Magic Sing!

So what are the best videoke/karaoke places to visit in Manila? A visit to Manila won't be complete if one doesn't experience singing in front of an audience and seeing a 100 score at the end!

For a really good videoke/karaoke experience, try RedBox in Greenbelt 3 or Trinoma.

Here, the videoke booths are really spacious and clean, the song selections up-to-date (there is even a frequently-sang songs list so you'd know what Pinoy's love singing to), and there is a really good buffet spread if you opt to get that package.

there's one in sm southmall, near pizza hut? I forgot the name. we went there a year ago as a part of our team building activity.

Hmmm there are tons of videoke bars in Manila. Inside and out. But if you want to have a good time with your friends then I recommend the videoke rooms in malls.

If you're not too conscious about the price, Red Box in Greenbelt and Centerstage in Makati are just the places to go. When you just want to enjoy singing, there are several K-tvs along Jupiter- makati, Maru Bar is just one of our favorite destinations, they have this 280/person for 3 hours and this is consumable. The succeeding hours will be charged P80/person. There are other videoke along Boni, Ron-Reg Bar and Music 21 in timog is a good choice as well.

Music 21 is good also. Their food packages are also very affordable for those in groups of 10. :) And their lounge area actually doubles as an open mic stage for anyone who wants to sing in front of an audience!

IO in Abs compound

well dont know if its still open cause been there way way back early 2003 -04? for the prices got in for free (bday celebration 1 of my boss) but the thing is its inside abs compount or i think they call it the loop well you'll literally go into loop before getting inside the rooms
