Every dish should only be cooked upon order," says Ocampo, part owner of Mangan restaurant. "Cooking everything in the morning and reheating them during lunch and dinner betrays the essence of real Kapampangan cooking.

Kare kare is one of the foods that came from Kapampangans right? I love Kare kare. I tasted a Kare kare where the 'twalya' is shredded as well as the beef. It tastes really good. Once I remember the name of the resto, I shall post it here. :)
