bibingka is always partnered with a puto bumbong during christmas time but bibingka remains to be popular throughout the rest of the year.
Ferino's bibingka is famous for its native bibingka. There’s only one branch of Ferino’s Bibingka that i know which is not a franchise, that’s after Greenhills, San Juan (turn in the intersection of EDSA and Ortigas Avenue). because some of the branches are not that special like the original one.

It is even said that Ferino’s Bibingka is the best-known version of the rice cake in Metro Manila, next to Via Mare.

My family's all time favorite! They have a branch at Visayas avenue in Quezon City which we often visit. One of their secret I think is the quesong puti which they use as toppings.

Wow! I suddenly miss my favorite bibingka. When I go home, victory liner (the bus I take to Zambales), stops at Double Happiness. We call it "dobleng kaligayahan" as it offers a lot of sumptuous treats for a 10 minute stop. I specifically love the bibingka here. It has cheese and salted egg and the mixture is just perfect for a bibingka. Eat it while it's hot with a cold beverage or a hot choco.

i love it too! their bibingka's are way too different from the others, seems to melt in your mouth when you eat them:p

I pass by the Greenhills branch but I've never tried it. I thought they only sell during Christmas season. I'll pass by and taste their bibingka. Yum.
What makes Ferinos bibingka so special? Can somebody share the taste and experience. I might be in Manila next month and I won't hesitate to try it. Thanks.

This is a very great and traditional food of Philippines. This food is so sumptuous and makeup from rich ingredients like cheese salted eggs etc.
This food is gaining much popularity and has become an ideal food for all the international visitors for sure.
