Anyone here from Infanta, Quezon? When I was in college, my scholarship required as to spend a summer in Infanta, Quezon to teach children and help cultivate their farms. I can't forget the food that they once served us. I am not sure if it's crabmeat or chicken meat. It was shredded and wrapped in taro leaves (gabi leaves) then cooked in gata. Do you know an exact recipe for this? hehe
